This class is truly for beginners who have never done Tai Chi before or feel physically challenged in some way at this time. It is for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, balance, and mental clarity in a gentle, playful way. Especially good for people who feel they are overweight with tense muscles and restrictive joints. In this class the body is gently, gradually coaxed into a better feeling state of wellbeing.
