Island Senior Resources seeks to share the joys and help meet the challenges of aging in our Island County communities by providing integrated programs and services.

Nonprofit Implementing Partners

implementing partners

Collaboration with our nonprofit implementing, government, and private sector partners helps to ensure care is coordinated across agencies to meet an individual’s needs.

Island Senior Resources is a trusted community-based organization chosen by our local AAA (Area Agency on Aging) to provide services to our Island County older adults and those who love them.  We are joined in the work by our regional partners: Northwest Regional Council, serving Whatcom and Skagit Counties, and our friends on San Juan serving San Juan County.  We work together to meet the challenges and the joys in service to communities up to the Canadian border.  For more on how Island Senior Resources fits with the larger, regional strategic plan please visit: https://www.nwrcwa.org/media/dynamic/files/1317-final-signed-11-29-2023.pdf
