Susan Janow

Director of Operations

Susan oversees operations and Human Resources in collaboration with the executive team and the board of directors. Before joining ISR, Susan worked for many years in higher education, including a position as a career counselor at Seattle University, an academic advisor at several regional institutions (North Seattle College, University of Washington, and Cascadia College), and a registrar at the Northwest Institute of Literary Arts. Susan also worked in the non-profit sector as a youth employment case worker with the City of Seattle, a volunteer coordinator at Harborview Medical Center, and operations at Partners for Youth Empowerment. Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Family Community Services from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Education from Seattle University specializing in Student Development Administration.
