Kimberly Bailey
COPES Program Manager
Kimberly serves as the COPES Program Manager at Island Senior Resources. This program offers in-home care that enables qualified individuals to remain living at home independently with the support of a paid caregiver to help them with their tasks of daily living.
Kimberly began her career at ISR in 2016 as a Case Manager in the COPES program. In 2022, she became the Lead Case Manager, and then in 2023, she was promoted to Program Manager. Before working with ISR, she spent ten years in the field of crisis intervention and education awareness with victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse.
Kimberly has lived on the island with her family for almost two decades. She’s married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two amazing children, along with two very stubborn bulldogs. She finds great satisfaction in her career, knowing she is helping her clients receive the care and attention they need to safely maintain their autonomy and live in their environment of choice.
