Katheryn Howell

Senior Director, Community Programs

Katheryn received her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Martin’s University and her Healthcare Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Washington State University. Katheryn leads the growth and development of our programs, including Aging & Disability Resources, Nutrition, Medicaid Case management, Medical Transportation, and supportive services. Katheryn also engages with community partners to assure community awareness and access to services and actively builds new collaborations. In addition, she supports the organization’s strategic, administrative, and operational priorities and implements cross-program/services quality assurance systems and processes to assure contract compliance. She is a skilled strategic thinker and helps guide strategic direction as a senior leadership team member.

Katheryn has spent the previous ten years leading community health programs, specializing in services for older adults and adults with disabilities. She is recognized for her skills in community collaboration, innovative thinking in developing and piloting new programs that serve as replicable healthcare models, and leadership for for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

She has certification from the University of Washington’s Northwest Center for Public Health Practice ‘Leading with Insight’ program and has served on the South King County Care Transitions Conference Planning committee.
