Kate’s Windows Laptop Question and Answer sessions are one-hour workshops that are your specific questions. Come in with a question about using the software or services on your laptop and we’ll try to give you the short answer and get you on your way. While we can’t fix a malfunctioning computer in the session, we’ll give you some helpful hints about fixing simple problems or how to talk to tech support if you can’t fix it yourself. You will need basic computer and basic Internet skills – and your laptop.
No Preflight required but you will need to register and pay either before or after the session.
