July 17 The Challenges of Grandparenting Judith Arnett, a Langley Marriage and Family therapist, will talk about Grandparenting today. Things aren’t the way they used to be. How do we engage with our grandchildren and their parents in a healthy, nurturing way? How do we resolve problems if they arise? How can we maintain healthy boundaries for ourselves as we participate in this new role?
July 24 Growing Tomorrow’s Farmers What’s going on at the Organic Farm School in Maxwelton Valley? Learn more about the work and learning that takes place at the school as young people are trained to be our next generation of farmers. Judy Feldman, Director of the school, will present.
