Plan Ahead To Make Your End Of Life Wishes Known
Just as we prepare for the many milestones throughout our life, it is important to plan in advance for the end of our life. Attend this free seminar. Island Senior Resources welcomes dynamic presenters Karen Griffith and Judy McCay from End Of Life Washington. This free educational seminar will walk you through the legal documents necessary to communicate and protect your wishes.
Seminar attendees will receive Medical Advance Directive and Dementia Advance Directive templates with step-by- step guidance.
When
Lunch (optional) will be served 11:45 am – 12:30 pm (suggested donation $5) followed by a free presentation. See our menu section for what is being served for lunch. Come eat, socialize, and learn!
