The British Heart Association says it is very beneficial to health and is recommended by doctors, invigorates all the major organs from the brain right down to the toes. Line dancers can cover around five miles of ground in one evening.
No partner needed and step sheets will be provided in class. Dance to all kinds of music – line dance has something for you.
Class Size-Min. 3, Max. 12. Registration and payment are due before the first class each month. Instructors: Brenda Edwards & Carmi Saunsaucie.
