This yoga class strives to meet you where you’re at, by using poses to meet your needs. Class focuses on linking movement with the breath, while increasing flexibility, strength and balance. No experience necessary, but students should be able to get up and down from the floor with some ease.
Viniyoga Viniyoga is a more individualized approach to yoga and strives to meet students where they are at when they come to class. It is not about how to put your body into a pose, but rather how the pose works for YOUR body. Viniyoga also has a strong focus on repetitions, or coming in and out of a pose, which helps with strengthening and flexibility in order to hold the pose and train the body. Above all, Viniyoga focuses on the breath, and linking all movement with the inhale and exhale.
