Island Senior Resources Family Caregiver Support Program is hosting “Fading Memory, Fading Eyesight,” a presentation by Sight Connections.
Kate Fewel, from Sight Connections, will explain the differences between vision impairment and memory loss. She will make recommendations on how to provide adequate lighting, contrast, and room design to minimize confusion.
Beth Rahi, from Island Senior Resources, will also provide a brief overview of the Family Caregiver Support Program and will share local resources available to support those caring for a loved one.
