Current Groups
Everyone is welcome to attend these free activities. Friendships are formed and connections are made to help those living with this challenging condition. Our professionally facilitated, free Support Groups meet regularly via Zoom and in-person. Support Groups do not meet on public holidays.
Parkinson’s Support Group
This group is for people living with Parkinson’s and their family caregivers to share experiences, knowledge, and support.
Tuesdays at 10am (Virtual)

Caregiver Support Group
This group is for people who are caring for someone who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, other dementias, or any other challenging condition to share experiences, knowledge and support.
Wednesdays from 10–11:30am (In-Person)

Camano Island Support Group
Sharing is Caring. Are you caring for someone with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia? This support group is a great way to seek support from those who have the same concerns and challenges related to caregiving for someone with cognitive or memory impairment.
