Susan oversees operations and Human Resources in collaboration with the executive team and the board of directors.
Before joining ISR, Susan worked for many years in higher education, including a position as a career counselor at Seattle University, an academic advisor at several regional institutions (North Seattle College, University of Washington, and Cascadia College), and a registrar at the Northwest Institute of Literary Arts. Susan also worked in the non-profit sector as a youth employment case worker with the City of Seattle, a volunteer coordinator at Harborview Medical Center, and operations at Partners for Youth Empowerment.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Family Community Services from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Education from Seattle University specializing in Student Development Administration.
