Michelle Padilla
Board Member
With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, I will bring a wealth of expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development to the ISR Board. Dedicated to making a positive impact, I have spent many years volunteering with various local and national organizations, including the March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, and other community-driven initiatives.
A proud advocate for the Whidbey Island community, I am currently serving as a board member for the Freeland Chamber of Commerce, where we focus on fostering local business growth and enhancing the community’s vitality. Additionally, I have served as President of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) for my childrens schools, where I was actively involved in supporting local education and children’s programs.
Passionate about community engagement, I am committed to helping build a better, more sustainable future for Whidbey Island through volunteerism, leadership, and collaboration with organizations that share a vision of positive change.
