NUTRITION PROGRAMS

Eating well is key to retaining a robust immune system, and maintaining health and well-being. Our Nutrition Program provides meals for people 60 years and older at community dining sites, or through Meals on Wheels (MOW) home delivered meals.

Meals provide 1/3 or recommended daily nutritional needs for older adults. See menu for what is served each day.

We offer a Farmer’s Market Voucher program (June – October) for low income seniors 60+ living on Whidbey island.

What are the costs?

Meal are provided on a “by-donation” basis. Donations for meals are needed to keep the program running. We ask for your support to pay what you can.
