Christian Hammer is a visionary technology leader, entrepreneur, and longtime advocate for mentorship and social connection. His career spans leadership roles at global companies like Nike, Wayfair, and Maersk, where he has driven transformative digital initiatives.

Beyond his work in technology, Christian is deeply committed to building stronger, more connected communities. He was named Big Brother of the Year in 2013 for Oregon and served as Board President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Island County, believing that no child should ever be abandoned—regardless of their past. His work has extended to launching the Meals on Wheels Pet Program, ensuring that homebound seniors don’t have to choose between feeding themselves or their beloved pets. He and his family are also passionate supporters of Project Pooch, a program that pairs unadoptable dogs with incarcerated youth, giving both a second chance.

Christian sees a world where mentorship bridges generational gaps, where no child grows up without hope, and where seniors have a vital role in shaping the future. His work—whether in business, nonprofits, or his writing—centers on solving these problems through connection, empowerment, and never giving up on people.
