This class takes place at St. Augustine’s – 5217 S Honeymoon Bay Rd, Freeland, WA
You must get approval from your physician before stating a S.A.I.L class. Physician Approval Form Here
and complete a Participant Enrollment Form. Return both forms to ISR and arrange for a Fitness Check.
