SAIL is an evidence-based cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility fitness program for adults 65+, focusing on fall prevention.
This class takes place at ISR Bayview – 14594 SR 525, Langley, WA
You must get approval from your physician before stating a SAIL class. Physician Approval Form Here
and complete a Participant Enrollment Form. Return both forms to ISR and arrange for a Fitness Check.
