Connection & Engagement for Caregivers and Receivers
Memory Cafes are a welcoming place for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease, any form of dementia, other brain disorders, or mild cognitive impairment. They are designed to include a care partner for a shared experience.
Gatherings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm.
