Let’s Move Together is a senior fitness class for those within the ISR Connects – C3 program. ISR Connects is a social engagement program for seniors and disabled adults. Through this program, we are trying to close the gap between social isolation and program participants. Within this fitness class, attendees can participate seated or standing with transportation assistance available. This fitness class is free of charge, providing a more accessible space for a wider audience.
