For this class, all you will be asked to do is show up, wear something comfortable, and move to the music as it feels right to you. We move to five different kinds of rhythms: Flowing, staccato, chaos, lyric, and stillness. As we experience the variety of music we may discover certain kinds of rhythms speak to us more vividly than others. We shall just follow the flow and respond individually. No experience necessary.
